Booking Policy

A 24-hour notice is requested to change a treatment time or cancel a booking. We charge a 30% cancellation/rescheduling fee for any appointment cancelled or rescheduled within 24 hours of scheduled appointment. A treatment may be rescheduled up to 1 time, after which, a new deposit will be required at the time of rescheduling or the treatment will be cancelled.

No-shows for a treatment will be charged the 30% cancellation/rescheduling fee and not be rescheduled.

Packages purchased are non-refundable or transferable. No-shows will forfeit remaining sessions in package.

A treatment may be rescheduled up to 1 time – following this, to reschedule again, a new deposit will be required or the treatment will be cancelled.


Please ensure you arrive 5 minutes prior to your appointment time, if you arrive late the time of the treatment may be adjusted accordingly in consideration of other clients booked following your treatment. Clients under the age of 16 must be accompanied by an adult; a signed consent form will also be required before treatment. Please turn off your cell phone. It is your responsibility to inform me of any health- related issues including pregnancy, medication and recent procedures. Men to arrive clean shaven if having a face treatment.


It is your responsibility as the client disclose up -to -date health and medical information prior to all appointments. You are to ensure on the day of your treatment you are physically well and capable of having the treatment and that you are not aware of any medical condition or changes in medication that may cause you to have an adverse reaction to any treatments you receive from Cheri Gillis.

Health and Safety Standards

In keeping with CDC and TDLR requirements for health providers, all equipment and surfaces are sterilized and sanitized for all services and treatments. Cleanliness, safety and hygiene are followed at Doceō Skincare.
