MEET CHERI
My passion is helping women better understand their bodies and support their health through a holistic, individualized approach to wellness. Through the integration of lymphatic therapy, skincare, and lifestyle coaching, I help clients connect the dots between how they feel, how they function, and how they care for themselves each day.
The word Doceō means “to teach,” and this philosophy is at the heart of my practice. I believe education creates understanding. When women understand their bodies, they are better equipped to make informed decisions and develop sustainable habits which support long-term health and well-being.
My work is rooted in the understanding that skin health, lymphatic health, and overall wellness are deeply connected. Factors such as inflammation, stress, nutrition, sleep, lifestyle habits, and lymphatic function can all influence how we look and feel.
My background in esthetics, manual lymphatic drainage, and functional medicine health coaching allows me to support clients from multiple perspectives. By combining hands-on therapies with wellness education and lifestyle guidance, I help women address concerns related to skin health, inflammation, recovery, stress, and overall wellness through a whole-person approach.
Living with an autoimmune disorder myself (Discoid/Cutaneous Lupus), I have a personal understanding of the importance of listening to the body, managing inflammation, and recognizing how lifestyle, stress, and overall health can influence how we feel each day. My personal experience deepened my appreciation for a whole-person approach to wellness and strengthened my desire to help other women better understand their bodies. It continues to shape the way I care for clients—with empathy, curiosity, and the belief that education is one of the most powerful tools we have for supporting our health.
Whether a client comes to me for skincare, lymphatic therapy, coaching, or a combination of services, my goal is to provide education, guidance, and support that helps her move forward with greater awareness, confidence, and trust in her body’s ability to heal and thrive.
I believe wellness is not about perfection. It is about learning to work with your body rather than against it, creating simple and sustainable practices that help you feel healthier, stronger, and more connected to yourself.
I am honored to be part of that journey.
My personal belief is: We have a smart body - we just don't know how to use it…
